The Model 3 Tubing Bender is the number one bender in the USA!  The Model 3  has been used in roll cage fabrication,  chopper frames, offroad vehicle chassis, bicycle frames, and much more.  The Model 3 tubing bender is designed to make quality bends in thick tubing without wrinkling the tube. 

 

Rugged All Steel Construction - The Model 3 Tubing Bender is designed with durability and affordability in mind. All parts are 100% CNC machined. All links are machined from 1/2" thick cold rolled steel and zinc phosphate plated for corrosion resistance. Heavy duty 7/8" and 1" diameter pull pins are heat treated and zinc plated.

Dies are CNC machined from solid steel billets. Steel dies eliminate the problems common with aluminum dies, such as breakage and groove spreading. The Model 3 easily bends chrome moly tubing and has even successfully bent solid 1-1/2" diameter steel bars during testing.  The tubing bender can be mounted on any sturdy surface, such as a welding table, frame jig, work bench or pedestal.

Optional Hydraulic Kits - As easy as the Model 3 Tube Bender is to use by hand, the fact remains that for a large number of bends or when bending very tough tubing, hydraulics makes the job easier. We offer two available hydraulic upgrade kits (bender not included).

 

Air / Hydraulic upgrade kit:  $943.00 Includes cylinder, pump, hose,  mounting adapter. (does not include bender) (requires air compressor)

Electric / Hydraulic upgrade kit

5,000 psi hydraulic hose w/ quick disconnect coupler. Single-Phase 110VAC. Approximately 3 times the speed of the air/hydraulic pump.
