  • Programmable Electric Tubing Bender
  • 1/4" to 3" Tube (O.D) Capacity 
  • The OCS (Operator Control Station) allows for quick, accurate repeatability of multiple or single bends.  Unit can store up to 20 programs with 10 bends per program.  The OCS unit is extremely easy to program.
  • Quick release counter die system allows for maximum efficiencies for high production runs.
  • Maximum bend is 180 degrees (plus spring back up to 206 degrees).
  • The model 350 tubing bender has a maximum bend speed of 6 seconds at 180 degrees.
  • This tubing bender has a larger CLR than most competing tube benders.  The maximum CLR is 24".
  • Power is 240 V, 3 phase, 60 Hertz, 30 amp
  • Weight is approximately 1200 lbs (solid steel construction)
  • Similar to other RMD  programmable tubing benders, the model 350 can be fitted with a rotary positioning table allowing for accurate bends in varying planes, as well as consistent measurements between bends.
