RMD 500 heavy duty rotary draw tube bender capable of
bending from 1/4" OD up to 3" Schedule 40 pipe. with a maximum center line radius of 12"
The Model
500 is a portable bender that weighs in at an impressive weight of 1800
lbs, being fabricated of all steel construction. To give the Model 500
the strength it needed for 3" Schedule 40 pipe, our engineers used
massive industrial grade hydraulics that allows 180 degree bends to take
place in seconds.
To
program a bend, dial in the degree you want to bend to and push the
toggle forward, machine will automatically stop at the preset degree

square,& 4 inch tube (.185 wall mild steel).
- The maximum center line
radius on this tube bender is 12 inch (depending on wall
thickness, and material).
- Programming bend angle is as
easy as turning a hand wheel. A numerical counter displays
the desired degree that the machine will automatically
stop at.
- Consistent with all RMD tube
benders, this machine is made of solid steel construction
and weighs an impressive 1800 lbs.
- Die sets are interchangeable
with any RMD tube bender.
- Auto-stop for repeatable
bends
- Pipe benders can be advanced
after stopping the machine, saving on set-up costs
(material savings).
