The
Model 800 is an end mill type notcher that uses a unique programmable
path to notch out the end of a tube or pipe, all with one size end mill.
This means there is no additional tooling to purchase, saving the user
thousands in tooling costs. The Model 800 is great for coping mild
steel, chromolly, aluminum, and stainless steel pipe or tubing.

1" roughing cutter, cross slide table, offset "v" vise
jaw with calibrated vise, rugged cart for easy mobility, and lexan

- The Model 800 tubing notcher has an operator adjusted
eccentric path that requires only one cuter to notch weld
joints on tubing, pipe, or solids with outside diameters
of 1 inch to 3 inch. This unique feature means the Model
800 tube notcher tooling cost savings are on going.
Notching under 1 inch is achieved by installing optional
1/2 inch cutter and adapter bushing
- Notch quicker and cleaner than abrasive style machines
without sparks, dust, and excessive heat. Does not
contaminate the weld joint, offering more strength in
weld. No ongoing costly abrasive belt replacement or need
for costly spindles for different size tube or pipe.
- This pipe notcher has a large single direction hand
wheel (hand wheel is clutched to only go in one direction)
that allows the user to feed cutter through an eccentric
path creating a precision weld joint with one quick pass,
saving you time and money
- Our pipe notchers are capable of notching up to 60
degrees in either direction
